I had received a wrong product, when I requested for an exchange with the right product, the customer service had asked for images of the wrong product, so after sending several images they picked up the wrong one after 4/5 days. Again when I enquired about the whereabouts of the right product they kept on saying to wait for 3/5 more business days. It's been 1 week already since pickup. How irritating experience for me, no updates from your side, everytime I have to call for any updates. The fault is from your side but I have to wait for 15 days for the order just because I have already paid for it. A very disappointing response from gritzo team, great product but no customer satisfaction.
